Spend New Year’s Eve day at Crystal Cove State Park where a volunteer will lead a family-friendly guided tidepool walk to Rocky Bight on Wednesday, December 31 at 11am when the tide ebbs to -0.1. A volunteer will help identify animals and describe some awesome adaptations. Meet at the Historic District Visitor Center (Park in the Los Trancos lot – PCH inland at stoplight Los Trancos then walk across the street or take the shuttle.)
Day-use fee: $5/per hour (max. $15)
