Sahara Mustard Pull at City of Irvine Open Space Preserve

Sahara mustard is a nasty exotic that has invaded thousands of acres across Southern California and is just beginning to encroach upon the Irvine Ranch Natural Landmarks. Now is the time to act! The Irvine Ranch Conservancy has been fighting back this weed within the City of Irvine Open Space Preserve for three years. Your help is needed now to find and pull remaining stands so that they do not spread into our wild lands. This event will include bending, kneeling and walking across slopes and uneven terrain. All training will be provided. We hope you can join us!
