Birding on the Mesa

Birding on the Mesa

Enjoy the sights and sounds of the native canyon birds on this birding walk on the Mesa near Silverado Canyon looking out toward Limestone. Join us as we learn how to develop our birding skills as we search for our feathered friends in the canyon. Travel through an oak woodland, coastal sagebrush and the top of a mesa for birds. Bring binoculars if you have them, and please wear sun protection for our walk.

Reviewing the 1-through-5 Difficulty Ratings will help you evaluate your readiness to participate in this level-2 activity on the land.
