Join Newport Bay Conservancy, in partnership with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, at the Vista Point — the lookout at the corner of Eastbluff Drive and Back Bay Drive — where you will meet up with a naturalist for a tour between outdoor classrooms set up along Back Bay Drive featuring information on birds, plants, marine life, geology and Native Americans. Tours depart from the lookout at 9 a.m., 9:30 a.m., and 10:00 a.m. Bring sun protection and binoculars if you have them. There is no charge for the program, but reservations are requested.
