Take a Kid Mountain Biking

OC Parks and SHARE Mountain Bike Club invite children and families to enjoy a day of mountain biking at O’Neill Regional Park. With miles of mountain biking trails available at the park, children are encouraged to practice new skills while learning important mountain bike safety at Take a Kid Mountain Biking.

Bring your own bike, a helmet and choose your own ride – beginner, intermediate or big kids. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, including on the rides. There will be skill stations set up, bike and helmet safety checks and trail advice provided.

Stampede Bikes will be on site with demo bikes available to try out in a ride area for even the smallest riders. Additionally, OC Trails will be sharing exciting plans for the new Craig Regional Park Bike Facility.

Registration for the event is FREE! It is limited to the first 100 kids, so sign up fast to guarantee your spot. You must register online to participate. Each child must be with an adult chaperone and both must be pre-registered. Registration closes at 4 p.m. on the day prior to the event. No walk-up registrations will be permitted for this event.
Parking is $5 for entrance to O’Neill Regional Park. This is a free event.
