Walk on the Wild Side

Did you know Mason Regional Park has a wildness area? Join Park Ranger Jenn on an interpretive hike across Culver Dr. and into Mason Park’s “Wild Side”. On your journey you will discover the native plants and wildlife that live there. You will also travel back in time as you learn about the history of Orange County Native Americans, early settlers and the history of Mason Park and surrounding areas.

• 1.5 mile fitness walk includes a paved path and
a dirt trail, plus a small hill.
• All walkers must be physically able to walk 1.5 miles without stopping.
• Water bottle, sunscreen, hat, sun glasses and
walking shoes are highly recommended.

Turn left at the stop sign after the park entrance. Park and meet in Parking Lot C.

Event and parking are FREE.
