Movie Night at Irvine Regional Park

Interpretive

OC Parks invites you to watch an indoor documentary screening of The Long Start to the Journey. The film follows the journey of hiker and filmmaker Chris Gallaway, as he attempts to hike the entire Appalachian Trail. Along the way, he meets other hikers, who share their stories and reasons for hiking the 2,200 mile trail that passes through fourteen states in the Eastern United States. The film will also give a history of the trail, from its roots in the early 20th century to the present. Come and join us for a fun night!

The film will be shown indoors at the Soda Fountain Pavilion. Please note this is not a children’s film. No dogs.

Event and Parking are Free.
