Tenth Anniversary Wilderness Access Day in Bommer Canyon
Celebrate Irvine Ranch Conservancy’s 10th anniversary with a special Wilderness Access Day in Bommer Canyon. This event will recognize the partnership between the City of Irvine and the Conservancy over the last decade, and visitors will receive a commemorative anniversary pin and Irvine Ranch Natural Landmarks keychain. In addition to exploring the many miles of Bommer Canyon trails, the Conservancy will also have a pop-up nature center.
The entire southern Open Space Preserve trail network will be open for self-guided hiking and biking from 8 am to 2 pm. This includes the single-tracks in Shady Canyon and Bommer Canyon that are reserved for guided activities only. Registration is not required for this event.
