Celebrate Cultures in Nature: Coyote Folklore Family Hike

Come enjoy an evening hike as you and your family hike a two mile hike with various stops to listen to Mexican folklore inspired by the “mischievous” coyote. As we travel at a slow pace you will get the opportunity to smell the spring evening air in the canyon, and look for sights and sounds of the coyote. The hike will average 2 miles round trip at an easy pace with a medium level of interpretation presented both in English and in Spanish. Please wear comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes, and bring water for the hike.

Caminata Familiar de Leyendas del Coyote

Disfrute el atardecer con su familia en una caminata de dos millas ida y vuelta. Con varias paradas para escuchar leyendas inspiradas por el coyote. Mientras caminamos a paso lento tendremos la oportunidad de oler el aire de una noche de invierno en el cañón y escuchar los sonidos del coyote. Este paseo está diseñado en inglés y español para que las personas disfruten de las bellezas del cañón. Por favor use ropa y zapatos cómodos y lleve su botella de agua.
