Astronomy Night: Viewing Saturn, Jupiter...and more!

Join Orange County Astronomers for a view of the summer night sky. This is the best time to see Saturn and Jupiter. Enjoy the opportunity to also look through telescopes at stars and other celestial objects. Visit the Science Heads’ Mobile Observatory and enjoy activities in the Nix Nature Center. No hiking involved. Come prepared with layers of clothing to keep warm. You can also bring drinks and snacks. Ages 9 and up. The event will be cancelled for overcast conditions. Laguna Coast Wilderness Park, Little Sycamore Canyon Staging Area/Nix Nature Center (west side of Laguna Canyon Rd/SR-133, approximately 3.5 miles south of 405/ approximately 5 miles south of I-5.
