Ready to take your walk off road into the hills? Join us for this beginning fitness hike for people who want to get off the sidewalk and into the dirt and serenity of nature. This hike is a loop of 3 miles with 700 feet of climbing elevation. Participants must be in good physical condition, able to maintain a pace of 3 miles per hour. Hiking boots are not required, but sturdy non-slip closed toe shoes are a must. Please bring a pack, water, and any other necessities to keep you safe on the trail.
