Canyon Explorers: Critter Scene Investigators

Interpretive

Animals leave behind clues that allow us to examine their lives up close. From a scratch on the ground to a nibble on a plant, we will become Critter Scene Investigators and inspect the evidence we find along the trail. Forensic Scientists use clues from animals to help solve mystery cases, and you will do the same on this program.

This program is a perfect afternoon adventure for children ages 6 – 10 years of age. We will spend time exploring our program’s topic, maybe create a craft or play a game, before we head out on the trails to practice what we learned. Our hike will be a gentle trek along uneven terrain. Off road strollers are welcome to join the fun!

Parents or guardians must register themselves and their child(ren).
