Hiking Through History: Black Star

Hiking Through History: Black Star

Have you ever wondered what the Earth looked like before humans? Our feet are going to become our time machines as we hike through time and look at some fossils that show us what some animals looked like long ago. This is a family friendly, interpretive hike at Black Star’s beautiful Red Rocks where we will hike around 3 miles on a mostly flat surface. Remember to bring closed-toe shoes and water for our hike.

Reviewing the 1-through-5 Difficulty Ratings will help you evaluate your readiness to participate in this level-2 activity on the land.
