CAMP IS NOW FULL.
“How now, spirit! Whither wander you?”
“How now, spirit! Whither wander you?” Campers ages 9 to 16 years of age can explore the world of Shakespeare and be inspired while in the Forest of Arden! Hear fun history about William Shakespeare and famous Shakespearean actress Helena Modjeska within her beautiful Orange County home and gardens. Come play with verse and iambic pentameter through rhythm, movement and music, storytelling, imagery, characterization and more! Enjoy a bit of magic with the performance showcase of A Midsummer Night’s Dream following the weeklong camp.
Please bring a sack lunch (refrigeration not available) and water bottle each day along with wearing closed-toed shoes and sun protection. The camp will take place both in and outdoors.
This is a drop-off camp so campers can fully immerse themselves in the wonderful world of Shakespeare. A final performance of the campers’ play will take place on Saturday, July 28 at 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Modjeska House and Gardens.
