Winter Beginners Bird Walk

Interpretive

With the opportunity to view large flocks of ducks, gulls, and other shorebirds, this beginner level bird walk will feature the migratory birds who visit Upper Newport Bay every winter. We will walk along the bay and bluffs and focus on basic bird identification, binocular use, and how to use all the available clues to figure out what you’re looking out.

Minors aged 16 and younger must have legal guardian present at all times.

Walk-ins are welcome, however space is limited, so registration is suggested.
