Wildflower Hike: Limestone Canyon on Hicks Haul Road

Come join a late afternoon wildflower walk in Limestone Canyon via Hicks Haul Road! Wildflowers come in all shades, shapes and colors. From the delicate and diminutive to the big and bold, March is a great time to explore these seasonal beauties! Get an up close look at the blooms and enjoy the majestic scenery of the canyons, Orange County vistas, and rolling hills.

Half of this 3.5 mile hike will be uphill in order to gain breathtaking views of blooming native flowers. Please dress in layers as it can get just as hot as well as cool in the canyon. Closed-toe shoes are required, bring plenty of water, sunscreen, and a hat, while we explore the trail for wildflowers. This is a paved road trail and rain will not cancel this program unless there are thunderstorms.
