San Juan Hot Springs Hike

San Juan Hot Springs Hike

Join us for a family-friendly walk through history at Caspers Wilderness Park and learn how the hot springs have been valued by different cultures over time. Once we reach the historic pools, there will be a discussion about hot springs science and geology.
Caspers Wilderness Park is a protected wilderness preserve and the hot springs are a storied part of the park’s history. During the hike, attendees can keep an eye out for native plant and animal life while the ranger shares details about the hot springs and surrounding lands.
This is an easy, one-mile roundtrip hike. No dogs or strollers. Hikes are made possible through a partnership with Caspers Park Foundation.
Rain or creek flow may cancel the hike.
