OC Parks and the Newport Bay Conservancy present “Newport Our Bay,” a new, 16-minute documentary film that explores the amazing world under the surface of Newport Bay.
Join us on Sunday, June 26 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for premiere screenings and a chance to talk with the team behind the documentary. Director Lance Milbrand will share all about his experience filming underwater and other behind-the-scenes details. Visitors will also learn more about the amazing creatures who live under the calm, murky waters of the Bay and what they can do to help protect them!
Additional activities, including hands-on children’s crafts, will be available in the Peter and Mary Muth Interpretive Center. Light refreshments will also be served.
