Irvine Global VIllage Festival – Conservancy Booth

Volunteers are needed to host a Conservancy information booth at the City of Irvine Global Village Festival. This is a very busy community festival (15K+ attendance), and during each shift volunteers will get a break to go check out the festival, including the food booths from local restaurants!

Actual event time is 10 am to 6 pm. Shifts are as follows:

• First: 9:30 am-2:00 pm
• Second: 2:00 pm-6:30 pm
• Lead: The Lead for this event will be responsible for taking the Conservancy materials and supplies back to the office on Monday/Tuesday. The lead only needs to work the second shift.

Please feel free to sign up for both the first and second shifts if you can. Even though the shifts say “Registration,” you will actually be manning a Conservancy information booth. We will follow up with parking directions for those who volunteer.
