Canyon Explorers: Scent-sational Smells – CANCELLED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER

Learn how animals use their nose to sniff out food, communicate with others or defend themselves. Use your own sniffer to create a nice smelling craft. After craft time, we will explore the trails and get a little closer to the smelly side of nature.

This program is a perfect afternoon adventure for children ages 6 – 10 years of age. We will spend time exploring our program’s topic, maybe create a craft or play a game, before we head out on the trails to practice what we learned.  Our hike will be a gentle one mile trek along uneven terrain. Off road strollers are welcome to join the fun!
