Ranger Reseve Patrol of Weir Canyon Burn Area

Requesting 2 Reserve Park Rangers to patrol the interface of Santiago Oaks Regional Park and the Weir Canyon Nature Preserve in Irvine Ranch Open Space. Afternoon and evening shifts available, contact Adam Shuck for details at adam.shuck@ocparks.com. Ranger Reserves will be patrolling for unauthorized activities in the areas described. This request is for the burned area in Weir Canyon Management Unit only and not the entire North Ranch section of Irvine Ranch Open Space. Reserve will drive a Park Ranger vehicle and need the ability to hike on designated trails. Ranger Reserve will advise on OCCO violations and offer visitor services to park patrons when once Santiago Oaks Regional Park opens to the public.
