Description

OC Parks invites you to lend a helping hand and join volunteers around the world for Coastal Cleanup Day. Make an impact on our coastlines as we work together to remove trash and recyclables from the marsh, waterway and beaches.

Get ready to get dirty! Please wear old clothes and closed-toed shoes or rain boots as most locations are muddy. Help reduce waste by bringing gloves and a bucket if you have them. You can also bring a reusable water bottle.

Everyone will not start at the Peter and Mary Muth Interpretive Center for this event. *NEW THIS YEAR* volunteers will meet directly at 20-25 different mini-cleanup day sites around the 11-mile bay including the Peter and Mary Muth Interpretive Center, Newport Aquatic Center, Big Canyon, Vista Point, Jamboree Bridge, etc. Commit and register to attend early to help us coordinate everyone.
