Adapted California Sagebrush

Interpretive

Join us at Mile Square to learn how California Sagebrush is built to survive Southern California’s harsh climate!

Our one-hour program will include a short walk in Mile Square’s Nature Area, information about California Sagebrush’s adaptations to Southern California, and a creative drawing exercise of California Sagebrush with water colors and colored pencils.

Please bring sun protection and water.

Advanced registration is recommended but not required.

We will meet at parking lot H in front of the Nature Area.

This program is free and parking is $5 per vehicle within the park.
