How do you want to unplug in the outside world? Come on a “Nature Meditation Walk.” Truly be immersed in the outside world, give yourself this time, to just be in Nature, with no distractions (cell phones away please!) no need to think or analyze, just relax and let your natural sense of wonder take you to a calm space outside.
Your Naturalist and Certified Nature Therapy Guide will help you quiet that busy mind, connect with your more than five senses and even boost your immune system during this time!
We will walk (less than 1-mile round trip) and take stops along the way for mindful activities, “invitations,” including a guided meditation time, to deepen our connection with Nature and ourselves. No experience necessary!
Our walk will end with a tea ceremony of reciprocity, a segue from the special, quiet space we share on our walk, back to the busy world.
