Exploring Bommer: Life on the Ranch

Come explore the newly renovated corral in Bommer Canyon. We’ll walk along the recently built path and discover what life was like on the ranch, when cowboys and cattle roamed the hills, and round-ups occurred in the Cattle Camp. We’ll also see what the present and future hold for this historic site in the open space.

Reviewing the 1-through-5 Difficulty Ratings will help you evaluate your readiness to participate in this level-2 activity on the land.

This program occurs concurrently with the monthly Wilderness Access Day. The trails will be available for self-guided access from 8am until 2pm.
