Explore the intriguing Mesa in beautiful Black Star Canyon Wilderness Park on this moderate-paced cardio hike. Along the trail, you’ll pass through coastal sage scrub, oak woodlands and reach the top of the mesa. One main steep climb and descent are included on this quick cardio hike.

Remember, this cardio hike is much faster than a walk, and will not stop along the way. The trail winds along the hillside, reaching up to the top for spectacular views of the surrounding canyons.  Please make sure you are in excellent physical condition!
