Nurture the Native Nature Garden in Cattle Camp

Help us nurture the Native Nature Garden in Cattle Camp. Your support is essential to keep the garden looking healthy by removing weeds and hand watering plants. If you love gardening, this is an excellent way to give back. This garden features native plants that call our community home and it is unique opportunity to share with others how beautiful our native flora can be.

The Garden is visible from the Nature Loop trail, which is open every day to the public, so you can view the results of your efforts when you hike on the 7-day access trails in Bommer.

Please wear close-toed shoes and bring sun protection and water, read your confirmation for additional trail tips so you are prepared. Feel free to bring your own gloves if you’d prefer, but all training, tools, and gloves will be provided.

Note: This is a wilderness area, there are natural hazards.  Snakes are occasionally seen here and generally avoid people, please exercise caution.  We do provide some protective gear for your use.
