CANCELLED due to Trail Conditions: The Stories of the Stars

Have you ever heard the story of Orion and how he ended up in the night sky? How about Cassiopeia? Different cultures from across the world would tell these stories from generation to generation. Join us on a night hike where we will learn about these and other star stories from across the sky. The hike will be a 2.5 mile round trip hike with a little bit of elevation gain (325 feet) done at a slow pace. Please come prepared with comfortable clothes, a red tinted flashlight (optional), sturdy shoes, and a bottle of water for our hike.

Reviewing the 1-through-5 Difficulty Ratings will help you evaluate your readiness to participate in this level-2 activity on the land.
