Driving Tour of the Irvine Ranch Natural National Landmarks

Join in with the California Native Plant Society’s 10th annual tour of the Irvine Ranch Natural Landmarks with hosts Matt Garrambone and Ron Vanderhoff. This guided tour on the Irvine Ranch Natural Landmarks will provide an opportunity to view and discover an important and protected Orange County natural resource, the Irvine Ranch Open Space.

The tour route is TBD, but will likely include visits to sites burned in the Canyon 2 fire (Weir, Blind, and Gypsum Canyons). You will meet up at Weir staging area, driving directions will be with your confirmation. Please do not use GPS. Please use the written directions provided with your registration email.

Please note: This is a full-day driving tour in an open vehicle, through remote areas, over rough and uneven dirt roads. Portable restrooms are available only at beginning and end of the tour. Stops along the way will involve some walking over uneven ground.
