Immersed in Nature Hike

Interpretive

Have you ever taken a walk using just your skin to explore nature? Engaging all 5 senses while out in nature can help us to more deeply connect to the environment, ourselves and each other. Join us for a relaxing, meditative hike where we focus on each of our senses to become immersed in a wilderness environment. Take deep breaths and exhale the stresses of your week, feel the trail under your feet and enjoy being outside in a whole new way.

Reviewing the 1-through-5 Difficulty Ratings will help you evaluate your readiness to participate in this level-3 activity on the land.

Please come prepared with a day pack, plenty of water, snacks, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, first aid, and all other supplies needed to keep you safe and healthy on the trail in the wilderness area.
