Join us for a relaxing, meditative hike where we focus on each of our senses to become immersed in a wilderness environment. Take deep breaths and exhale the stresses of your week, feel the trail under your feet and enjoy being outside in a whole new way.

Please come prepared with a day pack, plenty of water, snacks, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, first aid, and all other supplies needed to keep you safe and healthy on the trail in the wilderness area.
