Global Big Day Bird Walk

Interpretive

Last year, more than 30,000 people joined Cornell Lab’s annual Global Big Day for birding and noted more than 7,000 species world wide. They are trying to break both those records this year and you can be part of it right here in Orange County. Join us at Upper Newport Bay Nature Preserve to learn about our local and migratory birds as well how to use the eBird citizen science app.

Minors aged 16 and younger must have a legal guardian present at all times.

Walk-ins are welcome, however space is limited, so registration is suggested.
