Enjoy the annual Silent Night event at OC Parks’ Heritage Hill Historical Park. This quiet enchanted evening is geared for children with autism and their families. The park offers illuminaria-lit paths (battery operated) winding among the historical buildings, and trees aglow with holiday lighting. Follow the signs along the trails to crafts, storytelling, Victorian carolers, light refreshments, and a chance to visit Santa. Chill Zones and safe spaces are nestled in various areas of the park so children may fully enjoy the quiet festivities.
OC Parks welcomes Newport-Mesa Unified School District students and their families to register for this free event. Families may select from three starting times to begin their holiday celebrations in the park, 5:30, 6:30 or 7:30 p.m.
