This event is on July 10, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Please disregard any other posted or emailed times from Let’s Go Outside.
Please be aware this is an Advanced Fitness Hike and not for beginners; the pace is approximately a 19-minute mile. Raise your heart rate and your spirits on this very strenuous, fast-paced, 8-mile hike over very steep and uneven terrain (730-ft elevation gain in 0.6 miles on Sheep Run) with Laguna Canyon Foundation volunteers. This route starts at Aliso Creek Trail East, continues up on Sheep Run (formerly known as Mentally Sensitive), and down on Meadows Trail. Your hard work will be rewarded with sweeping views of the park!
