Join OC Parks for Prehistoric OC, a free event that invites families to explore the natural and cultural history of Orange County. Fun and educational activities will be presented by OC Parks archaeologists and paleontologists, and exhibitors from local cultural, paleontological, and geological organizations.

Prehistoric OC honors Indigenous Peoples’ Day Oct. 14, the National Park Services’ National Fossil Day Oct. 16, the Archaeological Institute of America’s International Archaeology Day Oct. 19, and California Archaeology Month.

Families can enjoy free educational entertainment through hands-on activities, programs, and demonstrations. Join us to celebrate the natural and cultural history of Orange County.
